In society, the stage can be understood as a metaphor for the roles we play every day, shaped by social expectations. In art, it becomes a physical and emotional space where communication with the audience takes place directly, often touching on themes like politics, identity, and change.
During the event, I shared my thoughts as a visual artist working with staged self-portraits that explore body language, identity, and femininity.
The conversation touched on how digital platforms today act as new stages—how we all perform in front of a virtual audience, crafting versions of ourselves and our beliefs. It was an intimate and thought-provoking evening that brought together different disciplines and perspectives.
